“Wellness Days 2022”

Wellness Days is back!!! These regional retreats will be for Youth and Young Adults between the ages of 16-29 years old and will be held on 6 different dates, in over 5 separate locations across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at NO COST attendees. This 1st of 6 events will be held at Presque Isle State Park, which is in Northwestern Pennsylvania (Erie County). This will be an opportunity for youth and young adults and their support person(s) to get outside and enjoy some activities including:

• Educational opportunity on the topic of self-stigma and promoting the Life Through My Lens Campaign #lifethroughmylens

• Leadership and team building activities

• Fishing, hiking, music, art, workshops, food, and more

• There will be limited activities for parents and/or support staff

• Each attendee between the ages of 16-29 will receive a Youth MOVE PA - SWAG BAG!!
  

Things to consider:

*If the youth and young adult registering is under the age of 18, you must download the permission slip below. This permission slip must be signed and sent back to Youth MOVE PA or brought along with you to the retreat in order to attend*

* Parents and/or support staff will be responsible for the youth and young adults they bring while on the premises on the day of the retreat. *

*Unaccompanied minors will not be allowed to attend; you must make sure every young adult under the age of 18 has adult supervision*

*If you plan on fishing, please bring your own fishing rod, and fishing license*
